COMPANY HISTORY
The Firm was created in 1992 when Nicholas Wakeman took over the ownership of the Sedgley office of Scriven & Co. Since then, we have acquired the business of Frank Nason & Co. in Dudley, a business whose roots date back to the mid 19th Century.
We offer a wide range of property services, not just sales and lettings but also professional advice and surveys, together with valuations for professional work such as compulsory purchase and compensation claims.
Today, our Company strives to provide a customer focused business, having built a reputation providing an honest, well informed approach, where a quality service is paramount.
