You will be able to search for a full variety and range of property styles for sale and to let, from flats to luxury apartments and from terraced cottages to detached houses not just throughout the local area, nationally too.
We have offices in Kingswinford, Sedgley & Dudley covering all aspects of the residential buying, selling and renting processes. Combined with also dealing with commercial property and land as part of the professional services we offer.
Being members of TEAM allows us to offer properties for sale throughout the West Midlands as well as in locations offered from a network of over 400 independent estate agencies, where all properties are multi listed across the country.
All of our Partners and staff have lived and worked in the area, with the 3 Partners having over 80 years combined experience in the property market.
COMPANY HISTORY
In 1992 Nicholas Wakeman took over ownership of the Sedgley office of Scriven & Co, a well known and respected local Estate Agency firm. He continued to trade as Scriven & Co (Sedgley) until 1999, broadening the scope of work carried out by the Practice.
In 1999 resident partner Andrew Cole opened our Kingswinford office and took the opportunity to redesign our logo and marketing material and change our trading name and Wakeman Estate Agents was born.
As our business has grown we have merged our business with that of John Brown FRICS, who had been practicing in the Stourbridge area. John is now based at our Dudley Office carrying out a wide variety of professional and survey work as well as dealing with a number of New House Sites around the West Midlands.
In 2006 Nicholas Wakeman acquired Frank Nason & Co in Dudley, which is now the headquarters for all our professional work, and is respectfully now called Wakeman, Nason & Company.
Professional work, surveys and lettings are dealt with by our resident partners, Nick Wakeman MRICS and John Brown FRICS. Nick is also a Director of Allied Surveyors plc, one of the Country's leading independent Chartered Surveyors Companies, carrying out work for all major lenders throughout the UK.
